Rick Mereki is a Melbourne film maker who has made three short films that make me want to drive to the airport and get the first flight leaving Australia.

Spring Lust

 Although it is the start of August the beautiful weather (22 celsius) has been inspiring a lot of procrastination. This is my idea of a perfect spring outfit, with some nice knee high socks.

So Thursday nights are always very rushed. With one day left in the week I opted for something easy and delicious, a simple tomato and pancetta sauce with gluten free penne and a apple & blackberry crumble.

Apologies for the slow down. As it is semester break I took a short trip to Viet Nam. 

Viet Nam is a beautiful country that I have visited many times with family and friends over the years. There are so many wonderful cities and villages to explore. Here are just a few photos of my most loved of places Hoi An.
